A Random Cat Picture
Here is Patches, a.k.a. Mittens. Or Slippers. She has a tumour growing on her other ear, so she will soon pass on to the furry nether-world, ending a 10 year stint as part of our family. Too bad, because she's a great cat.

I can't believe patches is 10 years old. Can't anything be done about the ear thing? Hopefully she's not suffering to bad. I must talk to sis about this.

That's a really good picture to remember Patches by. I'll always remember her bravely chasing foxes by looking through windows and her curling up on Barry's lap infront of the fire for hours.
Grandpa will be sorry to hear about Patches. He asks about her every time the Yellowknife crew come up in conversation. To tell the truth - I'm really sorry to hear about Patches, even though I never met her. - Jessie
