Taloyoak and Gjoa Haven
Well, some more travel last week. I was able to travel for work, heading up to Taloyoak and then Gjoa Haven. Gjoa Haven is where Roald Amundson wintered while completeing the Northwest Passage around 100 years ago. It is a fairly bleak place, it reminds me of the moon. Taloyoak is much more rocky and hilly, and reminded me of fishing villages back in New Brunswick. The people in both places were extremely friendly.
