Kugluktuk

Here is a picture from Kugluktuk, formally known as Coppermine. The site of bloody falls is about 10 km behind me, where Samuel Hearne witnessed the famous slaughter a few hundred years ago. The land is very nice, very green surprisingly. There are many large out-croppings of rock that almost resemble foot hills, and that is what I climbed for this picture.
